Animals are strictly forbidden in our apartments.

The only exception is guide dogs.

Breakfast

Standard breakfast: orange juice, 2 pastries, coffee-tea: €15 per person

English breakfast: orange juice, omelette, bacon, coffee-tea: €20 per person

Free room service

Check-in

We guarantee the availability of your apartment from 3pm.

In case of earlier arrival, please Contact us! Sometimes we can give you the keys earlier or we can keep your luggage.

In case of late arrival, you will receive the code and arrival instructions by message (on the platform used for booking) on the day of your arrival.

Cleaning

Cleaning of the apartments is included in your rental.

Cleaning includes changing bed and bathroom linen, emptying trash cans, cleaning floors, bathrooms and kitchens.

It is mandatory at least once a week.

Dishwasher

A dishwasher is available in each apartment. We provide you with the washing tablets. Missing some? Contact us!

Dryer

A hairdryer is provided in each apartment.

Heating

Each apartment is equipped with independent heating regulated by a room thermostat.

There is no point in setting it above 21°! It is bad for your sleep, it is expensive and it pollutes. In case of excess, we reserve the right to apply a supplement to the reservation.

Keys

Keys are available at the reception or in the key box outside of the opening hours.

The apartment keys open all the gates (parking and garden), access to the reception outside of opening hours as well as your apartment.

In case of loss of key, a fixed fee of €50 will be charged.

Laundry

In the “reception” area, located in the hall, in the middle of the courtyard, you will find a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board and an iron. Use is at your discretion. However, be sure to remove your laundry once the program is finished.

Parkings

We have two car parks.

The easiest and most convenient car park is to the left of the buildings. (gray pebbles). The car park is free but is not monitored. However, it is filmed.

The car park with white pebbles is equipped with charging stations for electric vehicles.

The key boxes are located behind the gate of the car park with gray pebbles (to the left of the buildings)

Photocopies and scans

We can scan your documents or copy them upon request. Within reason of course.

Rubish

Selective sorting bins are available to you: paper, plastics, green waste, glass, all sorts.

We empty the bins during each cleaning.

Larger containers are available to you, if necessary, behind the wall of the parking lot with white pebbles (to the right of the buildings)

Smoking

In accordance with the law and for obvious safety reasons, all our apartments are non-smoking. Fire detectors are installed in all interior spaces.

You can smoke outside. Ashtrays are hung on the walls in the courtyard and in the garden.

Need cigarettes? They sell them at the Spilmont Station 300m away

Television

Each apartment is equipped with a smart TV. You will find access to your Netflix and Youtube accounts in particular.

Terrace

The inner courtyard is shared.

So you can eat or have a drink there.

A private terrace is available for the pond apartment.

Umbrella

Umbrellas are available at reception.
